Amy Kipp

Amy Kipp is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Guelph, focusing on feminist approaches and practices in social media research under the guidance of Dr. Roberta Hawkins. With extensive experience in academia, Amy served as a Research Assistant in the Geography Department at the University of Guelph for over 10 years, contributing to projects on ethical consumption and feminist academia. Amy has held various teaching and research roles, including a First Year Seminar Teaching Fellowship, Project Manager for a qualitative study on CareMongering, and Research Associate positions at the University of Waterloo and the University of Alberta. Amy's educational background includes a PhD in Social Practice and Transformational Change, an MA in Geography and International Development, and a BA (Honours) in International Development, all from the University of Guelph.
