H. Jaishree Subrahmaniam

H. Jaishree Subrahmaniam, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Hamburg since March 2024. With a strong background in plant ecological genomics, H. Jaishree holds a PhD from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and a Master's degree in Botany from Delhi University. Currently, H. Jaishree serves as a Program Developer and Lead at Lotus STEMM, as well as a Guest Advisor for Open Research Europe’s Plant Ecology collection. Previous roles include Marie Curie Actions Individual Fellow at the Institut for Ecoscience - Aarhus Universitet, Chair of the Science Policy Working Group at the Marie Curie Alumni Association, and External Policy Advisor for the Initiative for Science in Europe. Additional positions held include Vice President and Editor in Chief at Scicomm group and Research Associate at NAAC, alongside a brief tenure as a Research Aide at Columbia University.
