Jan Südbeck

Jan Š. currently serves as a Site Support Engineer in Global IT Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals, beginning in July 2024, focusing on providing L1 and L2 support for multiple Teva sites in the Czech Republic. Prior to this, from July to August 2024, Jan worked as a Field Support Engineer at AVASO Technology Solutions, supporting a major global customer within the internal Global IT Operations division. Jan's experience also includes a role at PEGATRON Corporation from August 2020 to July 2024, initially as a Hardware Technician and later as a Failure Analysis Engineer, where industry-leading B2B services were provided for a significant global customer's retail and other channels across the EMEIA region.
