Steffen Alter is currently the Koordinator für Strategische Personalentwicklung at Universität Hamburg, responsible for developing and implementing the Equality Plan for 2025-2028, managing training programs, and serving as a point of contact for mobile work. Previously, Steffen worked as a Customer Success Manager at Personio, advising on the digitization of HR processes, and as a Learning & Development Expert at KMK kinderzimmer, where responsibilities included implementing a Learning Management System and overseeing HR-Controlling. Earlier experiences include internships in various HR roles at Mabanaft and ING, as well as a research project evaluating a prevention program in collaboration with Aids-Hilfe Baden-Württemberg. Steffen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SRH University.
