Aaron Isaacs

Aaron Isaacs is currently the Dean of Students at University of Hartford. Aaron has previously worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Connecticut and as an office assistant for The University of Connecticut Foundation, Inc.

Isaacs has experience in supervising staff, academic advising, and due diligence. Aaron is also trained in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has experience facilitating workshops on study skills.

Isaacs is passionate about helping students succeed both academically and personally. In their current role as Dean of Students, they oversee a team of professionals who support the university's nearly 10,000 students. In this capacity, they work to create a positive and enriching educational experience for all students.

Aaron Isaacs earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Aaron then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the same school. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Colorado State University.

They work with Mark Boxer - Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Maria A. Feeley - Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, and James Shattuck - Associate Provost for Undergraduate Studies. Aaron Isaacs reports to Gregory S. Woodward, President.
