Kathleen Neal

Kathleen Neal is an experienced professional in institutional effectiveness and research, currently serving as the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of Hartford since September 2018. Prior roles include Director of Institutional Research and Planning at the University of Saint Joseph from May 2013 to September 2018 and Director of Institutional Research, Assessment and Compliance at Mitchell College from March 2004 to April 2013. At Mitchell College, responsibilities included managing the implementation of a federal Title III grant, enhancing career development counseling, and improving the First Year College experience. Kathleen holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Connecticut College.
