Tina Berrien

Tina Berrien is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at the University of Hartford since 2009, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and HR administration. Key responsibilities include overseeing the university's recruitment process, managing the onboarding of over 750 adjunct and temporary employees each semester, and developing new employee orientations.
