Brandi McInnis

Brandi McInnis, M.A., currently serves as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Career Counselor at the University of Houston-Downtown since September 2022, while also functioning as an Adjunct Professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of St. Thomas (TX) since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Workforce Education Intern at Houston Community College, a Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant at Rithom Consulting LLC, and various positions at the Houston Food Bank, including Education Partnerships Liaison and Strategic Partnerships Specialist.
