Darius M. Benton, Ph.D., serves as the Chair of the Department of Arts and Communication and Associate Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Houston-Downtown since August 2017, teaching courses in Business/Organizational Communication and Religious Communication while conducting research on organizational culture and leadership in educational and religious contexts.
