Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Health and Physical Education/Human Performance from Texas Southern University, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from LSU Shreveport, and two Associate of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and Statistics from Southern University at Shreveport. Eric also completed the City of Houston Leadership Institute with a Certificate of Leadership/Management in Operations Management and Supervision in 2018.
