Gabriel Durham

Gabriel Durham, M.A. LEED G.A., serves as the Program Manager for Houston Audubon, overseeing the Bird Friendly Communities Program and Native Plant Nursery since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Volunteer Manager and Sustainability Coordinator at the University of Houston, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating sustainability initiatives and producing special events. Gabriel also worked as Community Engagement Coordinator for Hermann Park Conservancy, managing volunteer programs and community events. Academic experience includes lecturing at the University of Houston and conducting research for various institutions. Gabriel holds a Master’s degree in Biological and Environmental Anthropology and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Houston, along with a High School Diploma in Vocal Performance.
