Ben King

Clinical Assistant Professor at University of Houston

Ben King is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Houston, College of Medicine, and has been involved in academic and research roles since 2008. As part of the faculty in the Department of Health Systems and Population Health Sciences, Ben specializes in biostatistics at the Humana Integrated Health System Sciences Institute. Ben has served as an instructor at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine and holds the position of President and Member at Methods and Results, LLC. Prior to current roles, Ben was a Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, teaching Environmental Health, and worked as a Research Scientist at both UT Dell Medical School and Seton/UT Southwestern Clinical Research Institute. Leadership experience includes serving as Chair for the American Public Health Association's Caucus Collaborative and Caucus on Homelessness. Ben's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Epidemiology and multiple Master’s degrees in Public Health, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from Bard College.
