Bryan Tuck

Bryan Tuck is currently an Instructional Assistant at the University of Houston, responsible for contributing to academic content and assessments in courses such as Introduction to Automata and Computability, Software Design, and Data Science I. Previously, Bryan served as a volunteer at the Reasoning, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security Lab at the University of Houston, focusing on text classification algorithms. Bryan also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Houston-Downtown, applying NLP and data mining techniques in a project funded by the Office of Naval Research. Earlier military experience includes serving as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army, where Bryan led a team of soldiers to enhance their skills. Bryan's academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Houston, a BS in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Downtown, an AA from Lone Star College, and training in Engine Block & Head Machining from the School of Automotive Machinists & Technology.
