David Oliver PE, CFM has a robust background in facilities and construction management, currently serving as Senior Associate Vice Chancellor/Associate Vice President for Facilities/Construction Management at the University of Houston since September 2015. Prior positions include Assistant Vice President for Facilities at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Director of Engineering, Project Management and Construction at UT Health Science Center San Antonio. David’s early career featured leadership as President of Oliver Engineering and Construction, Inc. and service in the Civil Engineer Corps of the US Navy. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, an MS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
