Dr. Monica D. Thompson

Dr. Monica D. Thompson serves as the Executive Director of University Career Services at the University of Houston since July 2014, where significant achievements include launching the Cougar Pathway career management system and enhancing student engagement by 40% through strategic branding and partnerships. In addition to serving as an Adjunct Lecturer, Dr. Thompson has held interim leadership roles focusing on student affairs and consulting at InspireHigher HTX, emphasizing transformational growth in individuals and organizations.
