Kialyn Yendell

Kialyn Yendell currently serves as the Director of the Pre-Health Advising Center at the University of Houston, a position held since April 2022, overseeing advising services for a wide range of health-related fields. Prior experience includes directing the Academic Advising Center for the College of Science & Engineering at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from June 2014 to March 2022, managing a diverse population of over 2200 undergraduate and graduate students. Earlier roles at the University of Houston involved directing student success initiatives in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and providing academic advising in the Biology department. Kialyn's professional background also includes marketing and program coordination roles, alongside a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
