Mark Rosanes has over two decades of experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the AI Solutions Manager at the University of Houston since December 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing the university's artificial intelligence initiatives and chatbot platform. Previously, Mark held various positions at the university, including Manager of Web Technology for E-Communications, where strategic planning and communication services were emphasized.
