Olivia Johnson

Olivia Johnson, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Chair and Undergraduate Program Coordinator for the Human Development & Consumer Science Department at the University of Houston, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Olivia Johnson was an Assistant Professor at Texas State University from August 2016 to July 2019 and completed a PhD in Consumer and Design Sciences at Auburn University, focusing on Millennials and Socially Responsible Consumption from August 2012 to July 2016. Earlier in her career, Olivia Johnson worked as a Systems Analyst at Aon Hewitt from 2003 to 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
