Raymond S. Bartlett

Raymond Bartlett is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in higher education and banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice Chancellor/Vice President at the University of Houston since July 1994, Raymond has held various titles, including Sr. Associate Vice Chancellor/Vice President for Finance, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer, overseeing system responsibilities beyond the campus. Prior to joining the University of Houston, Raymond worked at Wells Fargo as a Vice President and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Assistant Vice President. Raymond holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
