Sol Villar Abeytua

Sol Villar Abeytua is a seasoned professional in the fields of talent management, organizational development, and human resources, currently serving as Senior VP of Organization & HR at Atlantic Copper since February 2018. With a comprehensive background at Atlantic Copper S.L.U since 2014, Sol has also held the positions of Talent Management & Compensation Director, Head of Talent Management, and Head of Training Department, focusing on strategic hiring plans, employee development, and training program implementation. Additionally, Sol contributes to academia as a faculty member for the Master in Maintenance Engineering at Universidad de Huelva.
