David Griffiths

David Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David started their career as a Learning Facilitator at Edge Hill University in 2005 and continued in a similar role until 2008. David then joined Merseyside Police as a Shared Services Assistant from 2008 to 2009. In 2014, they took on multiple roles at the University of Hull, including Human Resources Administrator and Research Administrator/Support Officer. David later transitioned to roles in quality, learning, teaching, and research coordination within the faculty of business, law, politics, and health sciences. Currently, they are the PGR Operations Lead at the Doctoral College. Overall, David Griffiths has gained extensive experience in various administrative and research support roles.

David Griffiths holds a PhD in Ancient History from the University of Liverpool, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Prior to their doctoral studies, they earned a Master of Arts in Ancient History in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History & Egyptology in 2005, both from the University of Liverpool as well.
