Rosemary Ellis

Rosemary Hardiment is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Change and Continuous Improvement Manager at the University of Hull since December 2017, focusing on process improvements and change delivery within HR and Organizational Development. Rosemary has previously held various HR advisory roles and organizational development positions, including HR Change & Continuous Improvement Advisor, HR Advisor, and Senior HR Officer at Humberside Police. Additionally, Rosemary is a coach at exploro coaching since April 2018 and served as an organizational development facilitator at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust in 2017. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in People Analytics from the University of Hull, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln, a Master of Arts in Modern History from the University of York, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Hull.
