Chandra Radhakrishnan

Chandra Radhakrishnan currently serves as a Lecturer in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a position held since March 2011. Previously, Chandra worked as a Post Doctoral Research Associate and Visiting Lecturer, focusing on architecting algorithms for reliable signal processing and designing low-power mixed-signal integrated circuits. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University, where Chandra introduced algorithmic redundancy in adaptive filters and developed techniques for echo cancellation. Chandra's professional background also includes a tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Sasken, with responsibilities in the design and implementation of algorithms for the physical layer of telecommunications. Chandra earned a PhD and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University between 2001 and 2010.
