David Hardy

David Hardy is a Senior Research Programmer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since January 2013, where David leads development of the NAMD molecular dynamics program. Previously, David served as a Research Programmer for NAMD and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same institution from 2006 to 2012. David earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2006, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1997, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Truman State University in 1994.
