Imad L. Al-Qadi is a distinguished academic and engineering professional, currently serving as the Bliss Professor of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since 2004. In addition to this role, Imad directs multiple initiatives, including ICT, ATREL, and STII, focusing on highway and airfield pavement mechanics, tire loading, fracture and interface analysis, asphalt concrete, asphalt rheology, ground-penetrating radar (GPR), pavement sustainability, and forensic engineering. Furthermore, since March 2015, Imad has held the position of President at TEST, Inc. Imad L. Al-Qadi earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pavements from Penn State University.
