Jenny Amos is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of bioengineering, currently serving as the Director of the Master of Engineering in Bioengineering Program and as a Teaching Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since January 2009. With experience extending to various roles including Teaching Associate Professor and Sr. Lecturer, Jenny plays a pivotal role in bioengineering education. In addition, Jenny is a member of the Board of Experts for Fulbright Brazil and a Commissioner for ABET, contributing to program evaluation and assessment. As an Adjunct Professor at Njala University, Jenny mentors faculty in Health Information Systems while consulting as a Health Engineering Consultant for OSF Innovation. Previous experience includes leading quality and assessment initiatives at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine and serving as a Fulbright Specialist at École Centrale de Lille. Jenny's educational background features a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
