Rachel Ellis

Rachel Ellis is an accomplished Advertising Student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with extensive experience in leadership and creative design. As the Chief Executive Officer and President of RSVP, an experiential marketing agency, Rachel leads a team of over 40 members, facilitates workshops, and oversees client project productivity. Additionally, Rachel has worked as a Creative Designer for both RSVP and the Brand Banter Podcast, where innovative promotional media was developed. Previous roles include a Design Intern at good2grow™, where Rachel created graphics and directed product placement videos, and a Project Intern at Flashpoint Chicago, focusing on a campaign for the 2020 Census. Rachel is expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising in 2025.
