Seth Briggs

Seth Briggs, Jr. currently serves as the Director of The Real Estate Finance Academy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and as an Adjunct Instructor in the Finance Department, where advanced graduate students engage in real estate investment case studies. With extensive industry experience, Seth holds the position of Managing Partner at SBRE Capital, an advisory firm specializing in strategic planning and investment services for real estate development. Previously, significant roles included Principal at Mansur Capital Partners and Vice President of Investments at Richard Ellis Inc. Seth's academic credentials include a BS in Economics from Lake Forest College and participation in various prestigious real estate programs at institutions such as Harvard and New York University. Additionally, Seth contributes as a Faculty Advisor to the Rho Epsilon Student Real Estate Association and serves on the Faculty Advisory Board of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation.
