Seth Hutchinson

Seth Hutchinson serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Robotics and Intelligent Machines and holds the position of Professor and KUKA Chair for Robotics at the Georgia Institute of Technology since 2018. At the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Seth Hutchinson has been an Emeritus Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering while also holding various roles from Assistant to Professor since 1990. Additional visiting positions have been held at esteemed institutions, including Sapienza Università di Roma, TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY, and the Institut français de Mécanique avancée. Seth Hutchinson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, all from Purdue University.
