Stephen Kemp

Stephen Kemp has extensive experience in organizational consulting and project management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where responsibilities have included developing service offerings for strategic planning, organizational change, and decision-making as the Assistant Director of the Strategic Project Management Office. In previous roles, Stephen has designed and facilitated team development strategies within Technology Services, served as a Scrum Master, and contributed to the design of effective communication and collaboration methods. Additionally, Stephen co-founded the Manager Development Institute, enhancing IT managerial effectiveness in higher education. With a solid educational foundation in Animal Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Stephen has also held leadership roles in community and church organizations, emphasizing growth and connection within various teams.
