Barbara Van Dyke-Brown is an experienced professional in legislative advocacy and education, currently serving as the Director of Legislative Internships and Advocacy Programs at the University of Illinois at Springfield since May 2000. Barbara coordinates the Illinois Legislative Staff Intern Program (ILSIP) and organizes conferences focused on lobbying, the legislative process, and the state budget.
