Lucy Evans

Lucy Evans is an MD/PhD student at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine since August 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Boston Children's Hospital from June 2012 to July 2015, and completing a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Bowdoin College between 2008 and 2012. While at Bowdoin, Lucy also worked as an Athletic Training Student Assistant, providing injury treatments and maintaining training facilities. Additional roles include an internship as an Assistant Marketing Coordinator at Denihan Hospitality, a Sales Associate at Anthropologie, and a Customer Service Representative at Prairie Video. Lucy has gained observational experience in various medical settings, including neurology and orthopedics, further enhancing a strong foundation in both clinical and research environments.
