Alex Heavens

Alex Heavens is a seasoned professional in philanthropy and communications, currently serving as the Senior Philanthropy Officer at the University of Kent since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading research, due diligence, and relationship management. Previous roles include Communications Officer at the University of Oxford and Development Coordinator at the University of Reading, as well as various positions related to alumni relations and visitor services. Alex holds a Master’s Degree in Latin Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Reading.
