Lee Fellows

Lee Fellows serves as the Deputy Director of Student Services and Head of Student Support and Wellbeing at the University of Kent since July 2021, providing strategic leadership and oversight for a range of specialist services including counselling, mental health support, and accessibility. Previously, Lee held the position of Head of Student Wellbeing at Royal Holloway, University of London, focusing on initial support for students and addressing community-related issues. Additional experience includes leadership roles at the Academy of Contemporary Music, Regent's University London, The University of Edinburgh, King's College London, the University of Sheffield, and University College London, accumulating extensive expertise in student support, welfare, and community engagement. Lee Fellows holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from London Metropolitan University.
