Jason Fisher

Jason Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason currently holds the role of Director of Information Technology at the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union (UKFCU), where they are responsible for implementing and managing technology solutions to drive value for the organization. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Data Management and Integrations at the University of Kentucky, leading a team in the migration of a legacy database to Salesforce. Jason also has experience as an MSC Operations Engineer at Software Information Systems. Jason has an extensive background in IT roles at the University of Kentucky, including ITSM System Administrator, UK Healthcare Field Services Engineer II, Call Center Manager - Computer Support III, Departmental IT Manager - Computer Support II, IS Tech III, and Call Center Support Representative. Jason started their career as an Operator/Line Technician at United Tote, and also worked as a Computer Laboratory Student Manager at the University of Kentucky. Before entering the civilian workforce, they served as an Electronics Technician (Reactor Operator) in the US Navy.

Jason Fisher received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Kentucky in 2020. Before attending the university, they had also completed the Naval Nuclear Power program. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in February 2023, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in April 2022, a MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in February 2015, and an ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist Exam Services in November 2014.
