Frank Lizarraga Jr.

Frank Lizarraga Jr. is the Chair of the Board of Advisors for the University of La Verne College of Law. He is a mentor, advisor, and provocateur. His support for ULV’s program of legal education and our students play an important and instrumental role in nurturing, promoting, and maintaining our relevancy in and connection to the Inland Empire and beyond. Frank was the planning commissioner for Ontario for 13 years, and stepped down in 2010. He is currently the owner of Lizarraga Law Firm, APC. Most of his 33-year legal career has been as a civil litigator, having seen more than 70 jury trials to completion.
