Han Fang is a Lecturer in Structural Engineering at the University of Leeds since April 2022, previously serving as a Lecturer and Director of Internationalisation at the University of Adelaide from March 2019 to April 2022. Research interests include sustainable and resilient structures using high-strength and green materials, as well as design for manufacture and assembly. Han Fang also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from April 2016 to February 2019, focusing on the stability and disaster resistance of structures and obtaining funding from the Research Grant Council and Construction Industry Council of Hong Kong. Prior experience includes a role as Structural Engineer at AMOG Consulting and a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering & Fire Engineering from Monash University.
