Lauren Davies

Lauren Davies is an accomplished project manager and arts leader with extensive experience in educational services and sustainable initiatives. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Student Education Service at the University of Leeds, since March 2023, Lauren has also held significant leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Trustees at Swarm Dynamics, a cross-disciplinary organization focused on promoting sustainable futures through creative approaches. Previous positions include Business Engagement Events Manager at the University of Birmingham, Events Admin Coordinator at St John Ambulance, and Programme Coordinator at Julie's Bicycle, where efforts were dedicated to championing environmental sustainability in the arts. Lauren's earlier experience encompasses managerial roles in arts organizations, directed a project management company, and gained foundational skills in marketing and operations at Birmingham City University and Audiences Central. Holding a BA Honors in English & American Literature from the University of Kent, Lauren combines academic knowledge with a passion for driving positive change through creative and community engagement.
