Matthew Davis is the Business School Director of Culture & Values and an Associate Professor at the University of Leeds, where responsibilities include lecturing in Socio-Technical Systems and conducting research on workspace design, pro-environmental behaviors, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Socio-Technical principles. With postdoctoral experience as a Research Fellow and Yates Research Fellow at the Socio-Technical Centre focusing on organizational and environmental psychology, Matthew Davis also serves as an Expert Member of the UK Ministry of Defence Research Ethics Committee, providing independent advice on research ethics involving human participants.
