Richard Hayton

Richard Hayton is an Associate Professor of Politics and Lecturer in Politics at the University of Leeds since January 2013. Hayton has previously served as a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Huddersfield from September 2009 to December 2012 and as a Research Associate at the University of Sheffield from September 2008 to August 2009. Additionally, Hayton was an Elected Trustee and Executive Committee Member of the Political Studies Association (UK) from June 2014 to June 2017. Hayton earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Politics from the University of Sheffield, where a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Research Methods in Politics and International Relations was also obtained.
