Alison Campbell OBE PhD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of technology transfer, research commercialization, and innovation in the food and life sciences sector. Currently serving as a Council Member at the University of Liverpool and CEO of the Government Office for Technology Transfer within the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, Alison also holds various advisory and director roles, including advisory board member for TenU and director of Alison Campbell Associates Ltd. Alison's past positions include director of Knowledge Transfer Ireland, chair of the European Commission JRC Expert Group on KT Metrics, and past chair of AUTM. With a PhD in Chemical Biology from Imperial College London and a BSc in Biochemistry from UCL, Alison is recognized for their leadership in enhancing commercial opportunities arising from academic research.
