Thomas Blanchard

Thomas Blanchard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Capital Planning & Project Management at the University of Maine System since January 2020, Thomas previously held positions at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Principal Analyst, where responsibilities included course content analysis and scenario-based training development for the Naval Education Training Command. Additional roles include Facilities Engineering Tech at Entegee, Facility Manager at Cobham, and various leadership positions within the US Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Master of Civil Engineering in Construction Engineering & Management from North Carolina State University.
