Nida Muneeb Ahmad

Nida Muneeb Ahmad is a Senior Human Resources Officer at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) since August 2019, specializing in recruitment, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. In this role, Nida actively participates in nationwide recruitment operations, collaborating closely with directors to meet monthly recruitment KPIs and efficiently managing the sourcing process across various channels. Previously, Nida served as a Management Trainee Officer in HR at The Superior Group from June to October 2018, assisting the recruitment specialist in evaluating applications. Nida holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the Punjab (2017-2019), a Master's degree in Information and Operational Management from CSAS University of the Punjab (2013-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of the Punjab (2011-2013).
