Marvin Ee

Marvin Ee currently serves as the Vice President for Campus Planning and Support Services at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, overseeing a significant infrastructure portfolio of $706 million and managing 234 personnel and 184 contractors to support 71 degree programs. Prior to this role, Marvin Ee held multiple leadership positions in the Air National Guard, including Mission Support Group Commander, where oversight included 406 personnel and $354 million in infrastructure. With an extensive military background in civil engineering and program management within the United States Air Force, Marvin Ee possesses a strong history of directing large-scale projects and initiatives across various domains, including environmental management, construction, and facility operations. Marvin Ee holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and two master's degrees in Engineering and Environmental Management as well as Pastoral Ministry.
