Keith Gagnon

Keith Gagnon serves as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Acquisition Services at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, since May 2020. Prior to this role, Gagnon held the position of Procurement Director for Chesterfield County from January 2017 to May 2020, overseeing an annual procurement spend exceeding $300 million and managing over 600 strategic contracts. Gagnon also served as the Director of Procurement for the Virginia Community College System from September 2010 to January 2017, leading efforts for a system-wide spend of over $250 million annually. Earlier career highlights include roles at the Virginia Department of General Services and the University of Mary Washington, where Gagnon directed procurement activities and user services for various educational and state agencies. Gagnon holds a BA in History with a minor in English Linguistics from William & Mary and an MBA in General Management from the University of Mary Washington.
