Malika Monger

Malika Monger, MPA, PHR, is the Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, since May 2022, where strategic leadership is provided to the Office of Human Resources to enhance the university's mission and foster an inclusive community. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Executive for the State of Wisconsin (2019-2022), Director of HR Services at the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Medicine and Public Health (2018-2019), Director of Human Resources for the Sun Prairie Area School District (2015-2018), and Director of Employment, Diversity, and Community Relations at Madison Area Technical College (2007-2014). Additionally, Malika Monger served as an Adjunct Instructor at Edgewood College from 2010 to 2019, teaching courses in Organizational Management and Human Resources Management. Education includes a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts, both from Wichita State University.
