Abhiram Kidambi

Abhiram Kidambi, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science student at the University of Maryland, has diverse experience in community engagement, technical development, and leadership. Currently serving as a Community Assistant, Abhiram facilitates resident support and organizes community activities. Previous experience includes an internship at Thomas Jefferson University, where Abhiram developed a DICOM-NRRD converter and created a machine learning pipeline for analyzing PET scan data. As a Developer and Company Commander in the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Abhiram led a team and achieved the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class. Additional experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Newt.exe involved hardware and software integration for robotics competitions. Abhiram graduated from Montgomery Blair High School with a Computer Science-focused diploma.
