Babak Azimi-Sadjadi

Babak Azimi-Sadjadi serves as a System Architect at ZaiNar, Inc. since March 2022 and as a Lecturer at the University of Maryland, where teaching responsibilities include the course Principles of Machine Learning (DATA603-PCS1/MSML603-PCS1) since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Babak held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Intelligent Automation Inc. from December 2005 to March 2022 and was a Research Assistant Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2001 to 2006. Babak Azimi-Sadjadi earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland between 1994 and 2001, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology from 1984 to 1989.
