Harry D'Andrea

Harry D'Andrea currently functions as a Lecturer of Technology Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation at the University of Maryland and serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Corvus Link. As General Partner and Chief Financial Officer of The Global Impact Fund, D'Andrea advances social entrepreneurial initiatives aimed at women and people of color. D'Andrea has also been the Managing General Partner at Valhalla Partners since April 2002, overseeing firm strategy and capital allocation while representing the firm on several boards. Additionally, D'Andrea is a member of the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council and has held board positions at various companies, including Bidtellect, PlaceIQ, Exchange Solutions, Zinrelo, and Qumulo. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BA in Foreign Service and International Politics from Penn State University.
