Russell C. Teter III

Russell C. Teter III possesses extensive experience in business development and coaching, currently serving as an Internationally Certified Executive Coach and Director of Training for the Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Maryland since September 2013. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Director for the Small Business Development Center at Harford Community College from July 1997 to September 2013 and served as Director of Operations and Marketing for the Harford County Chamber of Commerce from July 1995 to July 1997. Earlier experience includes a role as a Team Member at AmeriCorps from July 1994 to July 1995. Russell earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Hartwick College from 1990 to 1994.
